David Hansford welcomed every one to the the meeting, apologies for absence were made and minutes of the last meeting were presented.

Matter Arising

CCTV

Rihan Francis Adur & Worthing Council  is dealing with the capital bid for the year 2018/2019

A27 Speed Warning Board

No further progress to date. DM said Highways were still investigating the problem.

Drugs Survey

Cllr Gloria Eveleigh said they are waiting for the results of the Drug Survey Lancing Parish Council commissioned .A discussion then ensued on what the benefits of the survey would be. The problems with the children's home in Sompting Road was raised and the use of the rail service in bringing drugs to the South Coast.

Ditch Monks Avenue

The western end of the ditch has been cleared by Highways because surface water from the road is channelled into the ditch. A discussion then continued about the overall problems of drainage down to the River Adur.

Scam Books, membership application Forms & Window Stickers were available at the meeting.
